Bonded locksmiths, Unit 118
A Yakima key shop since 1963
The sign on the roll-up door says Serving the Yakima Valley Since 1963, and the word under the key says Bonded Locksmiths. We take pride in outstanding locksmith work, and we keep a team of professionally trained locksmiths to do it.
We are the full-service locksmith for Yakima, Ellensburg, Toppenish and the Lower Yakima Valley. Better yet, see us in person. We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
A counter in a steel building
We are in an industrial building on West Washington Ave, so the shop looks like a shop. Inside Unit 118 there is a wall of key blanks, a pegboard of padlocks and a service counter, with the Mul-T-Lock authorized dealer sign hanging over it. We carry General Lock, and a green gun safe is on display in the shop.
On the commercial side, we do key control with the patented Medeco X4 system. On the door side, we keep SELECT continuous hinges in stock, so a worn door can usually be fixed the same visit. The shop has a lot of history on its sign, and the phone at the counter is how most of it starts: (509) 575-3631.
Not sure whether we do your job? The services page lists what we handle, and our own line is simple: if you do not see your needs listed, call and ask.
Jordan, drilling a door for a deadbolt.
Who you meet
Jordan, James and Andrew
Jordan is the locksmith in the shop's own photo, drilling a door with a jig to set a deadbolt. James and Andrew are the names customers use in their Google reviews, and here is what they wrote.
“James came out to install a garage door lock for us a couple weeks ago, which he did quickly and professionally. We booked a return visit to install another deadbolt, and that too was quickly done beautifully. While here, we asked James to take a look at 2 other doors that were sticky and not working smoothly. Within 10 minutes he had both working better than they had in 10 years.”
“Andrew was super knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to get everything I needed done at a great price. He also helped me fix my sliding door lock for free! Thank you!”
